Eric Joo joined Schueler Group as Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 25 years of real estate experience working with construction, development, finance, brokerage and property management. As COO, Joo will work with the Schueler Executive Team to develop and implement growth strategies and operational infrastructure to accommodate future growth.
Kevin joined Bunnell Hill in 1992 in a sales role. As such, he is viscerally connected to what ensures customer growth and success.
Bill joined Bunnell Hill with an extensive background in industrial and commercial real estate. He has held executive positions in major businesses such as DCT industrial, OPUS North Corporation, Duke Realty and was the past president of NAIOP (Cincinnati.)
Jeff has been active in commercial real estate with the Schueler Group for nearly a decade. His previous 13 years in local and state government provides a unique background that helps him successfully complete sales.
Carter manages all technological aspects of the company.
He joined the Schueler Group of Companies in 2002. Joe focuses upon developing complex real estate projects that involve large land transactions, public infrastructure funding, and attractive incentive programs.
Chris Breda Chris’ role is to lead the construction company’s effort in growing and expanding the profitability of the organization. He has a 20-year career in real estate consultation, planning, design, development and construction.
