Bunnell Hill Construction has an excellent opportunity to join our team as Project Superintendent charged to lead and provide onsite management for all phases of our construction projects; Manage site safety, Monitor and maintain project construction schedule, Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, permit inspections and client relations


  • Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control
  • Maintain records of subcontractors required weekly tool box safety meetings
  • Assist in the development of a detailed project construction schedule
  • Conduct weekly subcontractor scheduling meetings, maintain daily and weekly project logs
  • Submit weekly progress reports complete with photos to Project Manager
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with all required testing and inspections
  • Maintain site cleanliness and order and require subcontractor daily clean-up
  • Maintaining on site record drawings/as-builts
  • Assist Project Manager with verification of subcontractor invoicing
  • Assist Project Manager with the management and completion of the punch list
  • Assist Project Manager with closeout documentation
  • Maintain client relations



  • Preference BS Degree or equivalent in Construction Management
  • Eight years’ experience assisting or supervising commercial construction projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people effectively and simultaneously
  • Computer literate
  • Exceptional customer service skills, excellent work ethic, and high degree of integrity
  • Must demonstrate exceptional organization and management skills with the ability to handle disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • Must have a sense of urgency with a take change attitude and a high level of self-motivation
  • Preference is a willingness to travel as projects dictate
