The Schueler Group of Companies hired Bill Chester as executive vice president of its development arm, Bunnell Hill Development Co. Inc.
Chester, who was selected from a list of qualified candidates, will manage the future development of the company. He has an extensive background in the industrial real estate market, as well as commercial real estate.
“We are impressed with Bill’s experience and integrity; and have confidence in his ability to lead our business in new directions,” Mike Schueler, president of Schueler Group, said in a news release.
Prior to joining Bunnell Hill Development, Chester served as regional vice president/market leader for DCT Industrial, where he completed more than 100 lease transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet.
“I am very pleased to be a team member of the Schueler Group. It is a challenge and a great career opportunity,” Chester said in the release.
Bunnell Hill is growing, having recently completed construction of the 175,000-square-foot FedEx Ground facility in Lebanon and the new Western States Machine Co. in Fairfield, where Bunnell Hill brokered the land and built the 76,000-square-foot building.
