Job Description

Henkle Schueler and Associates is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to join its growing team in Southwest Ohio.  Ideal candidates should have a minimum of seven years in related experience with a strong record of sales.  Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and be a deal closer.  Candidates also will combine an entrepreneurial spirit with persistent drive to achieve both personal and company goals.  Experience working with local governments is preferred, but not required.  An active Ohio or Kentucky real estate license is a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties for sale or lease
  • Responsible for showing property, responding to inquiries, negotiating deals, and qualifying clients
  • Establish new relationships through networking, cold calling and general marketing
  • Ability to bring existing or third party listings
  • Respond to tenant’s needs to ensure problems are solved promptly
  • Research possible purchases of land and existing buildings for future growth
  • Work with Schueler Group property management, construction, and accounting divisions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Must be able to comprehend leases and offers of purchase
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Directly report to Executive Vice President of Commercial Sales

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven Sales experience (commercial real estate or management experience desired but not required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • An Active Ohio or Kentucky Real Estate Sales License a plus
  • Proficient in real estate processes, procedures, terminology and regulations
  • Experience with working with local governments
