Mike Schueler has a deep commitment to the many communities in which The Schueler Group of Companies operates. This includes Henkle Schueler, Bunnell Hill Development and Bunnell Hill Construction Company. The fully aligned trifecta ensures that the Schueler team is a single point of contact for real estate, development and construction. As President and CEO of The Schueler Group of Companies, Mike is the driving force behind every deal that the company makes. His ability to select properties, with an eye toward growth and profitability, is the cornerstone of the company’s continued success. The Schueler Group has continued on a rapid trajectory (throughout a challenged economy) and is routinely recognized (in the news media) for its growth. The Company’s presence is apparent across Southwestern, Ohio as well as Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania West Virginia, Virginia and a host of other states. This is evidenced through 19 business parks, large scale medical and office space (that includes the 552-acre Lebanon, Ohio Commerce Center) and the recent ground breaking of an international project for INX, a large international ink company. In addition to being CEO of The Schueler Group of Companies, Mike is the President of Henkle Schueler & Associates, Bunnell Hill Development Company, Peabody Development Company and Big Mike’s Gas ‘N Go. He is the Chairman of Bunnell Hill Construction Company and Timbercreek Associates. Mike’s presence extends to community involvement and philanthropy. His commitment includes development leadership for The College of Mount St. Joseph for which the opening of “Schueler Field” resulted, former Chairmanship of the Warren County Republican Party Central Committee, “Man of the Year” for the Warren County United Way and The University of Cincinnati OCAS Hall of Fame 2007. Additionally, his industry affiliations include Governor of The Urban Land Institute Foundation, a member of various international trade commissions and multi location memberships of Chamber’s of Commerce and Board’s of Realtors. Mike earned his B.S. from Northwestern University and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He received his PhD from the College of Mt. St. Joseph. Mike and Digi Schueler have three children and nine grandchildren. The Schueler’s are active throughout Greater Cincinnati that includes leadership involvement with social service and arts organizations.
