Schueler Group has extensive expertise in commercial, retail and mixed-use developments, as well as design, planning, construction and property management.
Kennedy stated, “We are looking forward to working with the Schueler Group. They have a proven track record in Ohio and the Tristate region. They submitted a fantastic proposal complimenting the City’s vision for the development of the property.”
Bill Chester, Executive Vice President, Schueler Group Development added, “We are very excited to be working with the City of Loveland and to have been named their “Preferred Developer” for the property. We believe the property has a great deal of potential as a mixed-use development.
